The state of Colorado has been working on health reform and health systems change for a very long time now. The 208 Commission played an essential role in laying the groundwork for much of the work being done today. The Colorado Trust provides a good summary of the overlaps of the 208 Commission and the work underway from more recent reforms.

- Connect for Health Colorado is a marketplace to help individuals, families and small employers across Colorado purchase health insurance and apply for new federal financial assistance to reduce costs.
- Colorado Medicaid is public health insurance for Coloradans who qualify based on age, family size, income and other information. Coverage is now available for more people and you may be eligible!
- The Blue Guide, from the Colorado Consumer Health Initiative, has an inventory of providers around the state. You can search by location or by type of service.
- 2-1-1 is a call center that can connect you to other social services with free and confidential referrals to anything from childcare to housing needs to clothing. Call 2-1-1 or visit their website for more information.
